This clock is unmarked but it is a safe assumption to say it is German (despite its name) of the period 1890-1910. Although they are commonly called ‘Vienna Regulators’, it is more correct to say they are a Vienna Regulator type clocks.
This clock is a ‘Time Piece’ as it has no chime or strike.
These clocks were very popular during this period. They were, and are, considered an accurate and elegant clock.
