Description
This clock was made somewhere between 1895 and 1925. The Meiji Clock company was originally set up by the New York based Ansonia Clock Company. Meiji was founded in Nagoya Japan in 1895, it originally made clock movements for the Far Eastern market before then starting to make it s own clocks. The company stopped making clocks in 1993.
This is a nice, moderately sized antique wall clock, that will look well on any wall.
