This clock is a nice Grandfather/Longcase clock from the period with a composite brass dial/face. It has an 8 day movement , unusually with cord instead of cat gut lines.
It strikes a bell on the hour, encased in a Swan neck, mahogany veneered case, typical of this era.
The clock is not being sold as an Irish clock as the “Atkinson Dublin” dial/face is not original to the clock. It will have replaced a painted (obviously damaged) dial/face at some point in its long life.
